Our client, a leading international law firm, is seeking several experienced fund lawyers to join its Asset Management practice based in Amsterdam and Luxembourg.

You will be advising top-tier clients in the alternative asset management sector on fund structuring, fund formation, and fund transactions across private equity, venture capital, infrastructure, private debt, and real estate strategies.

With a team of over 35 professionals, the practice provides first-class expertise to alternative fund managers and institutional investors, advising on :

• the set-up, structuring, and distribution of alternative investment funds (regulated and unregulated);
• regulatory matters affecting asset managers and fund operations;
• secondary fund transactions, including GP-led deals and fund restructurings;

investor-side representation, including due diligence and negotiations with fund sponsors.

This mandate is handled confidentially by our recruitment firm.

All applications will be treated with the utmost discretion.

You :

• have at least 3 years of relevant experience in alternative investment funds;
• are fluent in English, both written and spoken;
• are a team player with an entrepreneurial and commercial mindset;
• combine a pragmatic approach with strong technical, drafting, and interpersonal skills.
