A leading technology consulting firm is seeking an experienced SalesForce Scrum Master to manage multiple teams and drive project delivery. You will be responsible for leading IT projects from initiation to closure, applying Agile methodologies, and coordinating with internal departments. Ideal candidates have over 8 years of experience in project management, a strong understanding of SQL and REST APIs, and outstanding leadership and communication skills. The position is remote and targets candidates from Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities in Germany.

Job Description :-

• Min5+ years of experience in IT project management
• 5+ years of software development background with deep understanding of underlying technologies in one of the following: SQL, Rest API integrations and other data services
• Experience in managing of cross geo team(s) of at least 8 team members
• 1+ project(s) driven through the whole project life-cycle
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Scrumban, Kanban)
• Experience with Jira and Git
• Advanced level of English (fluent wrtiting and speaking)
• Organizational, coordination, and multi-tasking experience
• Goal-oriented mindset and leadership attitude
• Ability and willingness to learn, grow, and sometimes travel
• Familiarity with project planning and analysis
• Communication skills and ability to build work relationships with international clients in different time zones
• Experience with applications consuming REST APIs
• Experience with building backend services on cloud platforms (Azure)

Experience with GANTT tools (e.g. MS Project)

As a technical scrum master, you will be providing hands‑on management and delivering projects.

• Coordinate and/or resolve technical issues
• Communicate plans, status, risks and mitigation strategies to key stakeholders
• Help team or individual to clarify goals and actions to achieve them.
• Facilitate his team for better creativity and try to improve the efficiency of the development team.
• Act as a technical lead of the team
• Perform and review the detailed design of functionality for the current sprint
• Helps product owner to make the product backlogs in good shape and make them ready for the next sprint
• Act as a safeguard for his team, shielding from outside distractions and interferences.
