A financial services company is looking for an Operations Specialist to support day-to-day operations and enhance efficiency through problem-solving. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and at least 4 years of operations experience, particularly within financial services. This fully remote role demands excellent communication and analytical skills, enabling collaboration across teams to improve processes. This role is fully remote. The Operations Specialist supports day-to-day operations, root cause analysis, problem solving, and recommends risk reduction. The specialist works alongside the Partner Programs Manager and department leadership to strive for operational excellence, gain efficiencies, continuously learn and improve processes, and collaborate cross-functionally to develop effective policies that are easy to understand and implement. Base salary range is $70,000.00 to $80,000.00 exclusive of bonuses and benefits. Eligible for an annual bonus.
