As a Solution Engineer DACH, you will play a key role in shaping how organizations across the DACH region strengthen their cybersecurity culture. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will bridge the gap between technical solutions and business needs by delivering impactful product demonstrations, proof of value engagements, and solution designs. Working closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams, you’ll help prospects understand how innovative awareness tools and integrations can transform human risk management. This is an exciting opportunity for a tech-savvy communicator passionate about cybersecurity and SaaS, ready to make a measurable difference in the digital safety of global organizations.

Accountabilities
  • Collaborate with the sales team to demonstrate product value and technical feasibility in alignment with customer needs.
  • Lead discovery sessions to identify client challenges and tailor product demonstrations accordingly.
  • Deliver engaging, results-oriented demos highlighting security awareness training, risk analytics, and phishing simulation features.
  • Provide technical consultation on integrations such as SSO (SAML/OAuth), user provisioning (SCIM), LMS content (SCORM/xAPI), and API-based reporting to SIEM tools.
  • Support proof-of-concept and pilot projects, addressing customer questions about security, compliance, and scalability.
  • Prepare and respond to RFPs and technical questionnaires, ensuring precise and competitive inputs.
  • Share customer insights with Product and Marketing teams to refine solutions and improve overall customer experience.
  • Build long-term trust with clients as a cybersecurity advisor, guiding them toward stronger human risk management practices.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in pre-sales, sales engineering, or technical consulting roles.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Solid understanding of SaaS platforms, security awareness tools, and systems integration (SSO, APIs, LMS).
  • Passion for cybersecurity and a desire to help organizations reduce human-related security risks.
  • Business fluency in both German and English.
  • Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Collaborative, analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
