Overview :

I’m currently working with a well-known ServiceNow specialist partner who is actively looking for a talented ServiceNow Solution Architect to join their team in Germany on a fully remote basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on exciting ServiceNow projects across multiple industries, contributing your expertise to architecting solutions that drive real business value.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and architect ServiceNow solutions tailored to customer requirements
• Engage with stakeholders to capture and translate business needs into technical designs
• Lead workshops and technical discussions to define optimal ServiceNow architectures
• Oversee implementation best practices and ensure solutions align with platform capabilities and standards
• Collaborate closely with project managers, developers, and other architects to deliver successful projects
• Provide guidance on ServiceNow platform capabilities, integrations, and roadmap planning

Qualifications :

• 5+ years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform
• Strong understanding of core ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, CMDB, Catalog)
• Proven experience in architecting and designing ServiceNow solutions
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Fluent German (C1 level) and professional English skills
• ServiceNow System Administrator certification (additional certifications are highly desirable)
