As a German Junior Campaign Specialist, you will have the exciting opportunity to work with new clients, helping them set up their first online advertising campaigns. Your work will have a direct impact on their businesses, driving growth and success through tailored Google Ads solutions. Youll thrive in a target-driven environment, collaborating with a supportive onboarding team to deliver exceptional results.

• Consult & Build Campaigns: Serve as a trusted consultant to onboard and develop PPC advertising campaigns, creating strategies that align with clients business goals.
• Understand Needs: Detect and align with customers individual objectives to optimize their marketing investments.
• Drive Success: Be accountable for increasing campaign spend, identifying upselling opportunities, and maintaining sustainability.
• Engage Daily: Manage a high volume of new clients daily through phone calls, fostering impactful conversations to win their trust.

• Education: BA/BS degree or equivalent (bonus if you hold an MA/MSc in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Communications).
• Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in sales, account management, or online advertising.
• Skills:
  • Strong analytical skills to measure success and guide decisions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication for engaging phone pitches and compelling proposals.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills to handle multiple clients effectively.
  • Collaborative team spirit, ready to work in a fast-evolving industry.
• Languages: Native-level German and a high level of English are required to excel.

• Annual gross salary: 24,310 + up to 4,290 in bonuses.
