We're Hiring: Sales & Marketing Agent Dutch Speaking (C1)
Location: On-site in Berlin, Germany
Employment Type: Full-time

Are you a skilled sales and marketing professional with a passion for social media and digital advertising? We're seeking Dutch-speaking Sales & Marketing Agents to join our team in Berlin for a dynamic opportunity working with one of the world's leading social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
Act as a Digital Marketing Advisor for advertisers, offering expert guidance and business support
Evaluate social media ad performance, analyze data, and offer insights to optimize campaigns
Make inbound and outbound calls, discussing advertisements, budgets, and strategies
Collaborate with clients to implement successful sales funnel strategies
Monitor trends and develop innovative ad campaign solutions
Work towards Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including successful calls, strategy implementation, and campaign pitch rates

Requirements:
Dutch (C1) + English (B2)
At least 1 year of sales or marketing experience
A passion for digital marketing, with a focus on social media
Ability to work on-site in Berlin

Training & Development:
2 weeks of training + 2 weeks of nesting (shadowing experienced colleagues)
Meta Blueprint Certification in digital marketing during your training period
Training runs Monday to Friday, 09:00 AM - 5:30 PM (Fully paid, and attendance is mandatory)
