Your contribution :
- As Head of Software Development (m / f / d), you will coordinate, manage and motivate an existing team of software developers, architects and technical experts (m / f / d).
- You will provide key impetus for the company's technical strategy, design the development strategy for the software portfolio and oversee its implementation throughout the entire development life cycle.
- You are responsible for the technical roadmaps and support your team in development decisions with a customer- and business-centred approach.
- You will represent our company effectively at the interface with partners and integrators.
- With your support in technical sales activities and marketing campaigns, you will make a significant contribution to the commercial success of the software products.
