Job summary
A pharmacy chain in Berlin is seeking a Category Manager to optimize its product portfolio and enhance e-commerce strategies. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience in Category Management, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities in both Italian and English. - Manage and optimize the product portfolio developing assortment and market positioning strategies
- Ensure category targets are met improving product presentation with a customer-centric approach
- Define and manage key performance targets in collaboration with different stakeholders ensuring strategic alignment and continuous optimization of category performance
- Oversee strategic and operational projects collaborating with different departments to enhance category performance
- Monitor and analyze market trends to refine and adapt category strategies
- Lead and develop the Category Management team for Italy providing strategic direction and support
- Academic background in Business Administration Marketing or a related field
- Strong experience(min. 5 years) in Category Management experience in e-commerce
- Analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic constantly changing environment
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills capable of engaging with stakeholders at various organizational levels in Italian as well as English
- (At least first) Professional leadership experience
- You can work remotely a lot if you like but are able and willing to come to our office in either Berlin or Cologne several days a month
