We are looking for a Marketing Manager to lead marketing activities across the DACH region, with a focus on Austria and Switzerland for local market initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have experience in market analysis, product launches, social media marketing, and campaign execution. The role requires both strategic thinking and hands‑on execution to drive brand visibility and business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct market research and analyze local user profiles, market trends, and competitor activity.
  • Develop localized product positioning and marketing strategies to support business objectives.
  • Lead go‑to‑market (GTM) planning and execution for new products in Austria.
  • Manage marketing channels, including printed materials, trade shows, dealer events, and other promotional activities.
  • Coordinate with influencers/KOLs and manage media relationships.
  • Plan and execute seasonal promotions, special campaigns, and key marketing events.
  • Develop and execute social media strategies and content for the entire DACH region.
  • Enhance brand visibility and engagement across social platforms.
  • Review marketing activities and prepare structured reports with actionable insights.
We’re looking for a candidate who…
  • Has experience in Marketing, Brand Management, or Product Marketing, preferably in consumer products or outdoor/hunting categories.
  • Is skilled in managing multi‑channel marketing campaigns and product launches.
  • Has experience in social media marketing, content creation, and community engagement.
  • Is analytical and able to interpret data to generate actionable insights.
  • Is fluent in English and German; additional regional language skills are a plus.
  • Is proactive, self‑driven, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Is skilled in MS Office and familiar with marketing tools and platforms.
  • Is willing to travel occasionally within the DACH region for events and campaigns.
