A leading technology firm is seeking an experienced Product Manager to manage the product lifecycle of their healthcare claims platform. This includes defining the product roadmap, collaborating across teams, and analyzing product performance. The ideal candidate should have over 5 years of experience in product management, a bachelor's degree, and be familiar with agile methodologies, cloud platforms, and AI-powered tools. A commitment to continuous improvement and compliance with healthcare regulations is essential. This is a full-time remote role based in Germany.
We are seeking a forward-thinking Product Manager to shape and advance the strategy, development, and evolution of our healthcare claims administration platform. In this role, you will manage the product lifecycle from concept through release, driving initiatives that address complex business challenges and deliver measurable value to customers. You will partneracrossthe organization to define requirements, prioritize features, and ensure solutions are aligned with market trends, regulatory needs, and our long‑term product vision.
The ideal candidate blends healthcare industryexpertisewith strong product management skills, bringing a data-informed, customer‑centric approach to decision‑making. ExperienceleveragingAI-enabled tools to acceleraterequirementsdefinition, backlog management, and analysis is a plus.

The annual US base salary range for this position is $105,000-$145,000/Yr. This salary range may cover multiple career levels at HealthEdge. Final compensation will be determined during the interview process and is based on a combination of factors including, but not limited to, your skills, experience, qualifications and education.
