Job Description

AUFGABEN

• Design, develop, and implement RPA (Robotic Process Automation) solutions using Microsoft Power Automate, Microsoft Power Apps, Microsoft Copilot Studio, and related technologies.
• Utilize the latest technologies, such as AI Agents, to build relevant solutions.
• Analyze existing business processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Conduct process mining and optimization to maximize automation efficiency.
• Provide technical guidance and best practices for RPA implementation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Perform testing and quality assurance of automated processes.
• Train and support end-users in utilizing automated solutions.

QUALIFIKATIONEN

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents), Azure, and Copilot Studio.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Experience in developing and delivering technical training content.
• Understanding of data governance, security, and compliance requirements.
• Experience in change management, coaching, and digital transformation initiatives is a plus.
• Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken).
