You have a technical degree (electrical engineering, medical technology, mechatronics, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or similar).

You have several years of experience in quality management in manufacturing and development companies and are familiar with the above-mentioned standards and quality systems. Direct experience in departments such as production or development is welcome.

Further, you are characterized by an independent, structured, analytical way of working and a high level of problem-solving skills. You can adapt quickly to changing requirements and take on responsibility.

You have leadership experience, a confident manner and assertiveness, you work and communicate in a goal-oriented and trusting manner both internally and externally.

You have gained international experience in various Asian cultures and enjoy working with different cultural groups.

Fluency in English and a willingness to travel regularly on national and international business round off your profile.

• Management of the central quality department at headquarters and coordination of international quality teams (matrix function, reporting to COO) with the aim of maintaining, shaping and further expanding our competitive advantage, which is based on our high quality, among other things.
• Responsibility for customer-oriented quality planning and fulfillment of global market requirements.
• Co-responsibility and co-design for ensuring reliability in products and processes (development, supplier quality management, production).
• Control and continuous expansion of the ISO 13485-, ISO 9001- and FDA QS-Reg 820-certified quality management system.
• Preparation, support and follow-up of audits (suppliers/customers/certification bodies) at global locations.
• Management of international quality projects, incl. digitalization of the Q area and expansion of the international Q reporting system (data collection, evaluation, meaningful dissemination and derivation of measures)
• Management of interdisciplinary CAPA teams, stakeholder management and implementation of a continuous improvement program (CIP).
• Responsibility for complaints and recalls including the management of all stakeholders (customers, insurance companies, internal departments)
• Market analysis to identify optimization potential as well as harmonization and further development of existing processes.
• Establishment of high standards and best practices, including the transfer of knowledge through training and workshops.
