As a Marketing Manager (f/m/d*) at Hitex, you will play an active role in shaping how embedded technology is communicated. In our dynamic team, you will work independently, implement your ideas and bring creative campaigns to the streets - for road, rail, industry and medical technology.

Your tasks as Marketing Manager (f/m/div):

• Marketing automation & email marketing: You develop clever campaigns that arrive and convert - including system and data integration.
• Website management and web technology: You maintain and further develop our website in TYPO3 - including SEO basics, UX ideas and conversion optimization. You work with current web technologies and implement technical adjustments independently.
• Social Media & Campaigns: From LinkedIn to innovative multi-channel strategies - you inspire target groups in all channels.
• Content Creation: You create strong content, such as case studies, blog articles, white papers, landing pages and newsletters - target group-oriented, precise and with a clear call-to-action.
• PR & Communication: You bring Hitex into the media and make us visible.
• Event Marketing: You realize events online and offline - trade fairs, conferences, webinars - from planning to marketing to follow-up.

What we want from you:

• Completed studies or training in the field of marketing/communication with a technical focus or corresponding professional experience.
• Sound knowledge of web technologies and experience in technical website development or customization.
• Technical understanding and affinity for IT topics; ideally experience in the B2B tech environment.
• Sense for marketing trends and ideas for their implementation.
• Structured, results-oriented work.
• Very good German and English skills.
