We are looking for an entrepreneurial and product-driven leader to spearhead Archon FinTech Automation (FTA). As VP, Head of FTA, you will lead the development of AI-driven business automation tools, initially focusing on governance, legaltech, and financial automation solutions for the Sky Ecosystem. You will work closely with Archon Labs in the early stages, validating product-market fit, before independently scaling a high-performing team.
Responsibilities:
Lead the development and commercialization of AI-driven automation tools.
Build and scale a profitable business within the Sky Ecosystem and beyond.
Hire and manage a world-class team, driving execution from incubation to profitability.
Develop and validate AI solutions tailored for DeFi organizations.
Oversee product roadmap, strategy, and go-to-market execution.
Engage with DAOs, DeFi protocols, and other decentralized entities to drive adoption.
Ensure seamless transition from Archon Labs’ support to an independent operating unit.
Strong product design skills and a proven track record in AI product development.
Experience in leading teams and scaling organizations in decentralized settings.
Deep understanding of DeFi, governance, and financial automation.
Strategic mindset with an ability to execute complex projects in an evolving landscape.
Experience in business automation, AI-driven decision-making, or governance tech.
Ability to sell AI solutions to large-scale decentralized organizations.
Nice to Have:
Prior experience launching a startup or running a P&L.
Knowledge of smart contract development and blockchain infrastructure.
Background in AI research, machine learning, or data science.
Location: Remote-first, with preference for candidates in European time zones.
