In this key position, you will play a major role in shaping the digital transformation of the nursing sector. You will lead the software development team from a strategic, technical, organizational, and personnel perspective.

As a Teamlead your responsibilities include:

• Ensuring smooth IT operations and continuous development of oursoftware applications
• Managing software projects from concept to implementation, testing, and ongoing maintenance, ensuring quality standards are met
• Achievingoperational excellence in the development team with a focus on cost, scope, timeline, quality, technical debt, and knowledge distribution
• Supporting our strategic direction in line with annual goals and improving our agile development process
• Leading, mentoring, and developingyour software developers, with a focus onskill-buildingand resource planning

• A degree in Computer Science or training as an IT specialist in application development
• Strong technical understanding of software development methods, processes, and tools, ideally with experience in product management
• Focus onfrontend development with ReactJS and UX, along with good knowledge of backend development using C#
• Several years of hands-on experience as a senior frontend developer, lead frontend engineer, software architect, or full stack developer
• Proven leadership skillswith a high degree of independence and assertiveness
• Solid knowledge in software architecture(e.g. OR mappers, event-driven architecture, domain-driven design, message brokers, REST, cloud-native apps) is an advantage
• Very good written and spokenEnglish skills
