- Operational Excellence : Oversee SHE programs across sites conduct safety walks track corrective actions and ensure emergency preparedness.
- Culture & People : Deliver training communication campaigns and leadership initiatives that embed safety and sustainability into daily operations.
- Sustainability : Lead initiatives to reduce environmental footprint integrate sustainability into operations and position the company as an industry leader.
- Data & Reporting : Define KPIs build dashboards and deliver clear reports that translate performance into actionable insights.
