The role focuses on developing new operations in the Life Science sector, emphasizing semiconductor manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in industrial construction and technology, alongside relevant qualifications.

We are currently seeking an experienced Commercial Manager for our client, a leading European Engineering and Construction company.
The Commercial Manager, working closely with the senior management team will be responsible for developing and starting up new operations in LST in Munich. The role will cover Life Science but will have a specific focus on semi-conductor manufacturing, advanced tech. The Commercial Manager will report to the Regional Commercial Director responsible for the sector.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have the following attributes
- Fluency in English and preferably also German
- Located in Germany
- 10 years working in the industrial construction sector
- 5 years working in advanced technology [semi-conductor manufacture]
- Experience working with the top tier semiconductor manufacturers
- Experience working within the Life Science sector
- Minimum 5 years working at a senior level within a top tier contractor or Construction management team
- Wide knowledge of the Client and supply chain base within Germany
- Degree in a Commercial or other related discipline
- Ability to manage self. Develop Reports and Commercial plans in line with the company systems.
