The company is a leading Platform as a Service (Paas) in Germany. Founded in 2018, we have 50+ employees. We are the go-to platform for helping people balance work and personal life. We partner with companies to support hundreds of thousands of employees with all kinds of work-life balance needs. Our platform gives employees direct access to offers tailored to their personal situations. Not everybody needs a gym membership!

Our platform offers for example: a training camp for children to learn how to fly a drone, access to a therapist or a nutritionist, trainings about pregnancy... etc just to name a few. Employees can easily browse, book, and use thousands of quality-checked services free of charge. We are looking for two people, all seniority welcome.

About the role

  • Your mission is to win as many new clients as possible in the SMB sector
  • You'll manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing. We do get some inboud thanks to our Marketing campaigns, but we expect you to be able to generate your own leads.
  • You'll collaborate closely with the Marketing and Customer Success team
  • You’ll manage your sales pipeline in Pipedrive CRM (switching soon to Hubspot)

About you:

  • You are perfectly fluent in German (C2) and have a decent English (B2)
  • You have at least one year of experience in B2B Sales, ideally in a start up or similar environment
  • You are able to do what it takes to close a customer thanks to your resilience, relationship building and negotiation skills
  • You are able to organize your work independently and you're comfortable in a dynamic and agile environment
  • You are keen to join a company helping hundreds of thousands of people with their mental health
