Job Title : Project Manager / Functional Consultant – Oracle Fusion ERP

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – Oracle ERP (Fusion) to join our client, a leading provider in enterprise technology solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering Oracle Fusion ERP projects, guiding implementations from both functional and technical perspectives. Additionally, you will contribute to the strategic development of our Oracle Fusion services by advising internal teams and clients on best practices and innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Analyze client requirements and design tailored Oracle Fusion ERP solutions in collaboration with technical and functional teams.
2. Estimate effort and resources based on the scope and complexity of the solutions.
3. Guide project teams through key implementation milestones to ensure alignment with the overall design.
4. Contribute to the development and refinement of standards and best practices for Oracle Fusion ERP delivery.
5. Work with management to identify enhancement opportunities and new use cases within existing client environments.
6. Participate in pre-sales activities, providing solution expertise for Oracle Fusion opportunities including tenders and assessments.

Requirements :

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate Oracle Fusion solutions to stakeholders.
• Demonstrated thought leadership in Oracle Fusion ERP implementation methodologies.
• Deep functional expertise in Oracle Fusion (Finance and SCM), with technical knowledge.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies (PaaS) and integration principles.
• Proficiency in both German and English is essential.
