A leading technology company is seeking a Senior Recruiter to support its growth in the US. This role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering with executives, and developing strong talent pipelines. Ideal candidates will have over 6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within tech, gaming, or consumer electronics and will excel in strategic partnerships and candidate advocacy. We’re looking for a Senior Recruiter to help grow and scale our teams in the US. In this role, you’ll partner closely with senior leadership and hiring managers to design impactful hiring strategies and take a consultative, proactive approach to the full recruitment lifecycle.
You’ll build strong talent pipelines across multiple business functions, ensuring an inclusive and engaging candidate experience. You’ll drive creative sourcing strategies, leverage data to guide hiring decisions, and build scalable recruitment processes that evolve with the organization’s growth and priorities.
