Job summary

A leading tech firm in Berlin is seeking a Sales Engineer to support strategic sales efforts in the EMEIA region. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in sales engineering, technical consultancy, or a related role, and must be fluent in English and German. Responsibilities include delivering product demonstrations, supporting proof-of-concept initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. What you'll do at Jamf

As a Sales Engineer at Jamf you will play a vital role in supporting our strategic sales efforts across the EMEIA region. Acting as a trusted technical advisor you will demonstrate the full Jamf portfolio to prospective and existing customers. You will work closely with Key Account Managers and Regional Sales Managers to support sales opportunities across key verticals including Public Sector Healthcare and Education. Your expertise will help identify and recommend solutions that address customer needs and align with their business goals.

This role is offered as remote in Germany only. You may be required to work periodically at a Jamf office or collaborative work location with other Jamf employees in your area for certain events or moments that matter. We are only able to accept applications for those based in Germany and have sponsorship to live and work in Germany.

What you can expect to do in this role
  • Deliver live and virtual product demonstrations tailored to customer needs and environments.
  • Build trust and establish yourself as a technical expert for customers and channel partners.
  • Recommend effective Jamf-based solutions to address business and technical challenges.
  • Support customer proof-of-concept initiatives and trial engagements in complex custom environments.
  • Represent Jamf through keynotes and presentations at trade shows, conferences and industry events.
  • Conduct enablement sessions and technical training for partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Track account activity, technical engagement and sales progress through CRM tools.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product and global enablement teams.
  • Contribute actively to regional sales meetings with technical insight and strategy.
  • Own and nurture technical relationships with key regional partners.
  • Assist in equipping fellow team members with updated technical materials and best practices.
What are we looking for
  • 4 years of experience in sales engineering, technical consultancy, or a related role (Required)
  • Fluent in spoken and written English (Required)
  • Fluent in spoken and written German (Required)
  • Full suite of Jamf certifications (Preferred)
  • Cybersecurity certification (e.g. "Cybersecurity Fundamentals" or equivalent)
  • Understanding of Identity Access Management (IAM)
  • Understanding of Zero Trust network architecture
  • Solid understanding of Mobile Device Management (MDM) Apple in the enterprise or network-level cybersecurity concepts.
  • Proven ability to operate independently in a field-based role while maintaining strong collaboration with team members.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences.
  • Experience in technical consultative selling within complex organisations (Required)

  • Participation in ongoing security training is mandatory.
  • Established security protocols will be adhered to; sensitive data will be handled responsibly and data protection practices are followed including understanding relevant privacy regulations and reporting breaches.
  • Acknowledging the Jamf Code of Conduct where applicable; security and privacy policies can be found is a requirement of all roles at Jamf.
Physical Requirements
  • 50% travel to customer sites, events and internal meetings across the EMEIA region.
