The Role

We\'re looking for a motivated Sales & Customer Account Manager (f/m/d) to join our team. In this role, you\'ll support and improve our end-to-end sales operations — from CRM and external sales partners to customer relationships and account growth. You’ll play a key role in helping us scale our business and ensure great client experiences across the board.

Your Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate external sales support service providers
  • Maintain, optimize, and actively use our CRM system
  • Support the setup, improvement, and scaling of internal sales processes
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing accounts
  • Help qualify and manage leads together with the Sales and Marketing team
  • Strengthen our customer journey and client retention initiatives
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams
Your Profile
  • A bachelor\'s or master\'s degree related to sales, marketing, business administration or similar
  • 3+ years of experience in sales, marketing, customer service and related fields
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • High proficiency in German and English (C1 or better)
  • Self-driven, solution-oriented, and detail-conscious mindset
  • Experience working with CRM systems
  • Prior experience in IT/tech-related environments is a strong advantage
  • A proactive team player with willingness to take ownership and drive results
