• Establish and maintain clear client retention goals
• Assist clients in setting up and navigating programs or software

• Proven work experience as a Customer Success Manager or similar role
• Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships
• Technical skills required, as they relate to our services
• Accountability and personal organisation are essential
