By analyzing risks and implementing sound policies, your goal is to ensure the stability and security of our platform, and removing any potential threats or vulnerabilities that may compromise our products.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify and evaluate various business risks, including operational, financial, and compliance-related.
• Develop and implement robust risk management strategies and policies that align with the company's objectives.
• Monitor and analyze business activities to manage and mitigate risks effectively.
• Communicate complex risk assessments to stakeholders and provide strategic recommendations.
• Stay informed on regulatory changes and industry best practices to ensure compliance and maintain a proactive approach to risk management.

The perfect candidate?

• Brings vast experience in risk management within finance or tech industries, with a preference for candidates with DeFi or blockchain exposure.
• Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; Master’s degree or certifications like FRM, PRM are advantageous.
• Skilled in risk assessment and management, exhibits strong analytical thinking and adept problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with risk management software, advanced Excel, and database management tools.
• Has a comprehensive understanding of DeFi, blockchain technology, and relevant regulations and compliance standards.
• Excels in communication, capable of effectively presenting risk assessments and leading training sessions.
