This role offers a unique opportunity to lead and shape a complex, high-impact product in a fast-growing, remote-first environment. You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle, translating customer and market insights into scalable solutions while balancing strategic priorities with rapid execution. Acting as the primary product liaison across cross‑functional teams—including Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Implementation—you will ensure alignment, clarity, and operational excellence. The role emphasizes hands‑on involvement, requiring deep product expertise, the ability to unblock teams, and strong decision‑making skills. You will have a direct influence on product strategy, roadmap execution, and customer experience, driving initiatives that enhance both enterprise and mid‑market adoption. Ideal candidates thrive in autonomous, collaborative settings and have experience managing large product surfaces with a data‑driven approach.

Accountabilities
  • Own the full product roadmap for a key enterprise‑facing solution, balancing long‑term strategy with immediate customer needs.
  • Prioritize, plan, and deliver features in partnership with engineering and design teams, ensuring speed without compromising quality.
  • Translate complex customer and market signals into clear, scalable product decisions beyond bespoke solutions.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for go‑to‑market teams, providing polished documentation, launch support, and updates to Sales, CS, and Marketing.
  • Maintain operational rigor through sprint planning, backlog management, and clear documentation.
  • Develop deep product expertise, identifying gaps, testing edge cases, and driving continuous improvements.
  • Facilitate cross‑functional alignment across multiple workstreams, ensuring seamless execution and accountability.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of product management experience in high‑complexity B2B SaaS environments.
  • Proven ability to manage large, end‑to‑end product surfaces and balance strategic roadmap execution with customer‑informed priorities.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of producing polished documentation and go‑to‑market materials.
  • Strong cross‑functional leadership, trusted by Sales, Customer Success, and Implementation teams to drive outcomes and clarity.
  • Hands‑on product ownership, comfortable exploring and testing the product directly.
  • Execution‑focused mindset with ability to maintain momentum, structure, and alignment in ambiguous situations.
  • Flexibility to collaborate across time zones, with at least 6 hours of overlap with US Pacific Time preferred.
Benefits
  • Competitive compensation aligned with location and experience.
  • Participation in equity or ESOP programs.
  • Remote‑first work culture with flexible hours.
  • Professional development and learning budgets.
  • Stipends for home office setup, wellness, and other work‑related expenses.
  • Opportunity to work on a high‑impact product with a global customer base.
  • Inclusive, collaborative, and transparent remote work environment.
