HRIS Analyst SAP SuccessFactors - Remote - Fixed Term 2 Year Contract

Your Role in a Nutshell

As our HRIS Analyst (SAP SuccessFactors), you'll be responsible for ensuring the system is fully utilized and integrated with other HR applications, in addition to administering system updates and upgrades, developing and implementing policies and procedures, providing end-user training and support, and analyzing data to support HR decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Manage and administer our global HRIS system (SAP SuccessFactors) including configuration, data integrity, testing, and implementation of system upgrades and enhancements
• Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and stakeholders
• Develop and maintain system documentation
• Analyze HR data to support business decision-making, including providing reports and dashboards on HR metrics and analytics
• Collaborate with HR and IT stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of new HR technology solutions and initiatives
• Provide end-user training and support
• Ensure data privacy and security, including monitoring system access and compliance with applicable regulations and policies
• Participate in special projects related to HR technology and process improvement initiatives as needed

Your Background

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Technology, or related field
• 3 years of experience as an SAP SuccessFactors HRIS analyst including implementation
• Strong technical aptitude with experience in data analysis, system configuration, and troubleshooting
• Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders and German skills are desirable
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain data accuracy and integrity
• Preferred SAP SuccessFactors certifications : EC, RCM & PMGM
• Familiarity with data privacy and security regulations and compliance requirements
