As Field Service Engineer you …

• Install, repair and maintain Zeiss Medical devices and other Zeiss equipment.

• Solve technical problems and make technical customer trainings.

• Create service contract offers and support with repair quotes calculations.

• Serve customer requirements with the relevant service procedures while securing profit targets in Romania and in case in Southeast Europe.

You´ve come to the right place in our team if you have …

• A degree from a technical university or similar education preferable fine mechanics/mechatronics/electronic

• Minimum of 3 years professional experience in the service of technically challenging instruments

• Good interpersonal and communication skills

• Solution oriented and analytic thinking

• Customer orientation and a passion for solving problems

• Very good knowledge of English language

• High willingness to travel, mainly in Romania and in case in the SEE region

• participation in a young and committed team

• diversified and exciting tasks as well as cooperation with a wide variety of people and functions within ZEISS

• possibility to travel to customer site directly from home office
