A digital media marketing agency based in Berlin seeks an Amazon Account Manager who will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients while leading a team of Account Managers. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and analytical skills, along with 2+ years of experience in account management and digital marketing. The role emphasizes proactive client relations and strategic oversight to ensure client satisfaction and retention. This position is fully remote in a global team environment.

Our Account Management team is organized into pods, consisting of Senior Account Managers (SAMs), Junior Account Managers (JAMs), and Apprentices and Interns. The ideal candidate is an independent thinker and will be able to manage multiple Amazon Seller and Vendor Central accounts as well as a team of Junior Account Managers, and Apprentices/ Interns. As a Senior Account Manager, you will provide guidance, mentorship, and strategic oversight for other Account Managers in your pod by contributing to the development of training programs, while ensuring the success of your pod’s client portfolio. You will embrace the challenge of managing your own client portfolio, leading your team, and strategic planning.
