Sales Manager Germany
Mission :
Reporting to the Sales Director Germany, the Sales Manager ensures both the management and development of the business in Germany for medium and low voltage solutions, including the management of P&L as well as the achievement of all commercial targets, in accordance with the company's strategy.
Main responsibilities :
- Ensure the turnover and margin by effective implementation of the sales plan;
- Manage the relationship between the company and customers to gain competitive advantages;
- Provide guidelines to develop the Sales Plan and present it to the Sales Director;
- Define budget and target priorities, and monitor, control, and forecast sales periodically;
- Identify and qualify new customers and propose organizational development of business opportunities;
- Recognize and implement the most commercially viable solutions for accounts;
- Develop a thorough knowledge of the business and culture of clients within the sector to foster relationships and opportunities.
Knowledge and experience :
- Business or Engineering Degree; MBA is a plus;
- At least 6 years of experience at electric manufacturing companies (transformers, control panels, power stations, switchgears);
- Proven track record of working effectively with clients and delivering quantifiable results;
- Good knowledge of the market.
