Your contribution:

1. You will support the Group Procurement Team by managing operational procurement activities in SAP S/4HANA and Coupa systems, including planning runs, fulfilling procurement requirements, and executing order processes for IT hardware and software, ensuring timely and accurate processing. Managing stock levels and optimizing inventory management.

2. You will assist Global Category Managers and Buyers throughout the procurement process, from preparation to execution, including sourcing activities with guidance from Category Managers.

3. Support the end-to-end procurement process, ensuring compliance with internal controls and policies. Assist with using Coupa for tenders and paperwork organization. Provide regular reports on procurement activities to Global Category Managers.

4. Leverage your studies and internships to enhance sourcing activities, including supplier and market analysis through research, and support Global Procurement Managers with results preparation.

5. Develop effective relationships with teammates and stakeholders.

What you bring:

• A completed apprenticeship or university degree in economics, IT, or related fields. Several years of procurement experience.

• Practical experience with SAP master data and accounts payable. Experience with procurement tools like Coupa is a plus.

• Strong IT affinity, familiarity with procurement tools (preferably Coupa), proficiency in SAP MM (ECC 6.0/S/4HANA), and good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel. Understanding of computer systems and software.

• Fluent English; professional German or French highly desirable; additional European languages (e.g., Italian) advantageous.

• Detail-oriented, structured, reliable, responsible, eager to learn, and motivated to work independently and in teams.
