Our client, an international consultancy, is seeking a Senior SAP SD Managing Consultant to join their team on a permanent basis. The role is remote, but travel will be required, and candidates must be based in Germany.

As a leader within our SAP S/4HANA practice, you will:

• Have 12+ years of experience in SAP.
• Drive SAP S/4HANA implementations across the full project lifecycle, focusing on Sales (SD) and Customer Service (CS).
• Analyze business needs, identify relevant SAP features, and recommend best practices to optimize processes and deliver value.
• Lead planning, preparation, and execution of Fit-Gap and Fit-to-Standard workshops to align business requirements with SAP solutions.
• Develop and tailor solution designs for identified gaps to improve business processes and ensure efficient execution.
• Act as a trusted advisor and sparring partner for clients, providing expert guidance on project strategies and managing overall project delivery.

To succeed, you should have:

• A degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a related field, or equivalent expertise gained through professional experience and continuous learning.
• Proven experience in 3-5 full project lifecycles focusing on SAP modules such as Sales and Distribution (SD) and Customer Service (CS).
• Deep expertise in Sales & Distribution Execution and/or Customer Service, with the ability to design and implement solutions that drive business success.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA projects and relevant SAP certifications.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to build trust and credibility with clients and team members.
