A dynamic consulting start-up in Frankfurt (Oder) is seeking a Project & Business Development Manager to oversee client projects and enhance internal processes. This unique role involves working closely with founders to shape business development initiatives and manage client engagements. Ideal candidates will have strong project management skills and experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech sectors. This position offers a flexible, remote work environment.
Our client, a fast-growing consulting start-up, has quickly built a reputation for its innovative, co-creative approach with international pharmaceutical and biotech clients. In just three years, they’ve exceeded growth expectations and are now expanding their team to strengthen both client delivery, and internal development.
As Project & Business Development Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring projects run smoothly, client workshops are designed and delivered with excellence, and the company’s own processes and business development efforts become more structured and scalable.
This is not a typical consulting role. You’ll work directly with the founders, taking ownership of key initiatives that range from client-facing projects to shaping the internal backbone of a scaling organisation.
If you are a proactive self-starter who enjoys variety, thrives in dynamic environments, and loves turning ideas into structured solutions, this could be the role for you.
