A leading executive search firm is looking for a Research Consultant to support their growth in the DACH region. The role involves engaging in detailed market research and managing searches for senior-level candidates. With a focus on collaboration and quality, the candidate should have a minimum of 2 years' experience in recruitment, and fluency in both German and English is essential. As a Research Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering executive search assignments from briefing through to appointment. You will work closely with consultants, supporting high‑quality, research‑driven searches and engaging with senior leaders across the DACH region and Europe.
This is a fast‑paced role in a high‑performing, collaborative environment, offering strong exposure to executive search best practice and clear opportunities to develop.
