This flexible role allows you to work between 10 to 90 hours weekly, providing autonomy and responsibility from day one. Are you looking for a flexible business model a strong focus on quality and a long-term freelance collaboration within a dynamic and people-oriented environment? For an international project we are currently looking for a Freelance Quality & Team Manager to join a high-performing remote team.
In this role you will be responsible for the service quality and professional development of up to 25 freelance customer advisors, providing guidance, coaching and operational leadership.
- Conduct 1:1 coaching sessions and call monitoring to identify strengths and development areas
- Ensure consistently high service quality with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and professional expertise
- Analyse individual training needs and coordinate training activities (communication skills, product knowledge, processes)
- Deliver online workshops and project onboarding sessions using a variety of training methodologies
- Motivate and guide a fully remote team promoting high quality standards
- Act as the first operational point of contact for the team
- Identify process improvement opportunities and report performance and results to the Operations Manager
- Freelance collaboration fully remote across Europe (you can work between 10‑90 hours per week, as you decide)
- Responsibility and autonomy from day one

- Confidence working in cross‑functional and intercultural environments
