Job summary
A specialized recruitment agency is seeking a Project Manager for Electronic Warfare to lead IoT projects in the defense sector. You will be responsible for managing project lifecycles, leading technical teams, and ensuring successful delivery. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of project management experience, fluent German, and a background in defense tech, IoT, or embedded systems. This position is remote, with a preference for candidates based in Germany.

- Proven ability to manage technical teams of 10+ people.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.

Our client is a European start-up specializing in electronic warfare and precision localization in the defense sector.
Reporting directly to the executive team, you will lead UWB-based IoT projects within a high-tech defense environment.
You will manage multidisciplinary teams (10+ people), coordinate development activities, and ensure successful project delivery from concept to deployment.
