Kenntnisse
We’re seeking an experienced sales leader to drive growth across key leisure and luxury travel partners in EMEA & APAC. This role combines team leadership with hands‑on business development, managing relationships with major tour operators and a large network of leisure travel agencies. You will also lead a regional sales team, deliver targeted commercial activities, analyse performance, and expand market share across resorts and all‑inclusive properties.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing Leisure & Luxury sales team.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance tracking.
- Build strong relationships with tour operators and leisure agencies through sales calls, webinars, events, and trainings.
- Use data and market insights to prioritise accounts and maximise revenue opportunities.
- Plan and deliver impactful presentations and partner engagement activities.
- Maintain accurate reporting, CRM updates, calendars, and expense management.
- Attend in‑office meetings, as required, 2‑5 times per month.
- Travel regularly for agency visits, events, and fam trips.
This role suits a results‑driven sales leader who excels in building travel agency and tour operator relationships, motivating teams, and driving market growth. You are proactive, organised, fluent in German & English, and thrive balancing hands‑on business development with strategic leadership.
