This remote role involves leading a sales team and developing relationships with travel agencies. The ideal candidate must be fluent in German and English, with a strong background in sales leadership and a passion for driving market growth. We’re seeking an experienced sales leader to drive growth across key leisure and luxury travel partners in EMEA & APAC. This role combines team leadership with hands‑on business development, managing relationships with major tour operators and a large network of leisure travel agencies. You will also lead a regional sales team, deliver targeted commercial activities, analyse performance, and expand market share across resorts and all‑inclusive properties.
This role suits a results‑driven sales leader who excels in building travel agency and tour operator relationships, motivating teams, and driving market growth. You are proactive, organised, fluent in German & English, and thrive balancing hands‑on business development with strategic leadership.
