Senior Business Development Manager – Leisure & Luxury
Remote Position ~ Applicant must be based in Frankfurt
Languages: Fluent German and English essential

We’re seeking an experienced sales leader to drive growth across key leisure and luxury travel partners in EMEA & APAC. This role combines team leadership with hands‑on business development, managing relationships with major tour operators and a large network of leisure travel agencies. You will also lead a regional sales team, deliver targeted commercial activities, analyse performance, and expand market share across resorts and all‑inclusive properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing Leisure & Luxury sales team.
  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance tracking.
  • Build strong relationships with tour operators and leisure agencies through sales calls, webinars, events, and trainings.
  • Use data and market insights to prioritise accounts and maximise revenue opportunities.
  • Plan and deliver impactful presentations and partner engagement activities.
  • Maintain accurate reporting, CRM updates, calendars, and expense management.
  • Attend in‑office meetings, as required, 2‑5 times per month.
  • Travel regularly for agency visits, events, and fam trips.
