A leading customer support provider is looking for German Customer Support Consultants to join its team supporting Netflix in Athens. You will communicate with subscribers and assist them with payment issues and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in German, C1/C2 English, and at least 6 months of relevant customer care experience.
