Key Responsibilities
  • Pipeline Development: Identify and qualify new business opportunities through research, cold calling, and strategic outreach; build relationships with key decision-makers

  • Forecasting & Reporting: Maintain accurate sales pipeline data in Salesforce, analyze trends, and report performance against quarterly and annual targets
  • Collaboration: Work with the regional sales team to exceed collective targets and share market insights
What We're Looking For
  • Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical sales experience; 3–5 years in B2B sales, new business development, or inside sales
  • Skills & Mindset: Results-oriented, self-motivated, and business-minded with genuine passion for closing deals. You thrive in fast-paced environments, take ownership of outcomes, and possess strong communication skills
  • Professional Strengths: Excellent interpersonal and networking abilities; comfortable with cold calling and rejection; able to distill complex technical concepts into clear customer value propositions; skilled at building and maintaining strategic partnerships
