The Role

As a Solutions Consultant in our Consulting & Operations team, you’ll work hands-on with clients to improve their business processes and implement collaborative, cloud-based solutions, especially using Smartsheet. You'll manage projects across a wide range of industries and businesses, collaborating with other team members to guide clients through solution design, implementation, and adoption. This role is ideal for someone motivated by client-facing consulting and passionate about innovative technologies across diverse projects. You’ll join a highly collaborative team with access to training, mentorship, and growth opportunities.

What you’ll be doing

• Driving client engagements focusing on solution design, go-live, and adoption
• Translating business objectives into scalable, practical solutions
• Designing dashboards, workflows, and tools to meet various business needs using Smartsheet’s capabilities
• Conducting client workshops, training sessions, and demos to promote adoption
• Measuring and reporting on KPIs to demonstrate business impact (e.g., efficiency gains, time saved)
• Contributing to best practices and refining delivery methodologies

Your profile

We'd like to hear from you if ...

• You have experience in consulting, business process optimization, or project management
• You possess strong skills in Excel, Smartsheet, or other automation tools
• You have analytical skills and can convert requirements into structured solutions
• You are confident in presenting, facilitating workshops, and driving user adoption
• You understand process improvement and change management frameworks
• You are a self-starter: adaptable, solution-oriented, eager to achieve results
• You are fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus
