Who is MEDIFOX DAN and what do we do?

The MEDIFOX DAN Group, based in Hildesheim, is part of ResMed Corp. and employs over 700 staff across nine locations nationwide. To continuously improve our product, we are looking for you as a Mobile / Flutter Developer (m/w/d)!

Your daily work will include

• Development, scaling, and maintenance of a cross-platform mobile app using Flutter and Dart
• Selecting and implementing suitable architectures and patterns (e.g., Clean Architecture, State Management)
• Integrating REST and GraphQL APIs
• Implementing automated tests (Unit, Widget, Integration) and building robust CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions
• Collaborating closely with UX/UI design, backend, web, and QA teams
• Participating actively in agile processes (Scrum) and contributing ideas for product improvement
• Optional: Bringing native Android and iOS experience to optimize platform-specific features

What we expect from you besides relevant professional experience

• At least 3 years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in Flutter/Dart
• Good knowledge of cross-platform development (Flutter) and at least one state management approach (e.g., Riverpod, Bloc, Provider)
• Excellent understanding of App Store and Google Play Store processes, native SDKs, and secure storage solutions
• Experience in integrating REST/GraphQL APIs, Firebase, analytics tools, and local data persistence (Hive, Isar, SharedPreferences)
• Knowledge of mobile testing (unit, widget, integration tests) and test automation
• CI/CD expertise with GitHub Actions (including release builds and deployment)
• Prompt engineering experience with GenAI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Augment Code)
