What You’ll Do

• Shape our strategy. You’ll play a key role in figuring out how we tackle our users’ biggest scheduling challenges and build a product that stands out from the rest.
• Talk to our users. You'll get out there and learn what people actually need.
• Stay ahead of the curve. You’ll keep a close watch on the latest AI trends and find new opportunities for Doodle to innovate and win.
• Use data to get better. You'll define what success looks like, measure the impact of your work, and use that data to make our product better with every release.

What You Bring

• You have a strong product management background (5+ years), and, ideally, you've built AI‑powered software before.
• You get how AI works. You don’t need to be an engineer, but you can talk confidently about machine learning, NLP and data analytics.
• You know how to lead a cross‑functional team and get things done. You’ve taken complex projects from a brainstorm all the way to launch day.
• You genuinely care about solving problems for users and are driven to make their lives easier.
• You’re great at explaining complicated ideas in a simple way, to any audience.
