As an Enterprise Sales Director (m / f / x) D / A / CH you will manage a book of business with a team of Account Executives and Major Account Executives, focusing on strategic coaching for net‑new logo acquisition and white‑space expansion. This role involves building and managing strategic accounts, fostering long‑term client relationships, and providing executive sponsorship within major accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Revenue generating leader, spearheaded growth and management of a 7‑digit portfolio, with a focus on Central European markets and potential additional responsibilities beyond this territory.
  • Develop and nurture strategic relationships: Build and maintain strong partnerships with strategic executives in Fortune 1000 caliber clients. Understand their business objectives, challenges, and opportunities to align our products and services with their needs.
  • Hands‑on manage and lead a team of 4 Enterprise Account Executives, leveraging MEDDPICC and other qualification frameworks and sales methodologies to ensure deal closure.
  • Drive revenue growth: Collaborate closely with VP Sales EMEA, Business Development, Sales Operations, and Go‑to‑Market teams to identify and pursue revenue‑generating opportunities. Develop account strategies and leverage internal resources to achieve sales targets and exceed client expectations.
  • Act as a trusted advisor for our clients, offering expert guidance on industry trends, market insights, and innovative solutions to drive their business growth and success.
  • Proactively engage with clients to understand their requirements, pain points, and goals. Conduct in‑depth needs analysis to identify areas where our solutions can add value and address their specific challenges.
Job Requirements and Preferred Skills
  • 10+ years professional services, managed services or solution sales experience, ideally from a system integrator in EU and/or Nordics / UK.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Proven track record with 5+ years in sales talent management, evidenced by positive recommendations from former team members.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and credibility with executive‑level clients.
  • Strategic thinking and problem‑solving abilities with a customer‑centric approach.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and influencing skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
  • You have excellent communication skills in written and spoken German and English and have proven them in managing multiple stakeholders.
