A forward-thinking technology company based in Munich is seeking a Customer Strategy & Operations Manager (f/m/x) to drive operational and strategic initiatives within their Customer Success organization. The role involves defining and enhancing the customer success operating model, leading performance metrics, and optimizing the tech stack for efficiency. Ideal candidates will have over 2 years of relevant experience, strong analytical skills, and fluency in both English and German. As our Customer Strategy & Operations Manager, you become the trusted right hand to the Head of Customer Success – enabling the team with powerful tooling, insights, and structures. You drive cross-functional initiatives that help Tanso grow, evolve, and consistently reach new levels of excellence. In this role, you act as a strategic partner and true multiplier, transforming individual efforts into scalable, high-impact outcomes.
