A leading energy solutions company in Munich is seeking a Chief Revenue Officer to drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships and sales. You will lead various teams and align them for success while being pivotal in ensuring customer satisfaction and company growth. The ideal candidate is an inspirational leader with a proven track record in scaling SaaS revenue and strong communication skills, fluent in English. This position requires on-site presence at least three days a week.

Our platform connects intelligent charging infrastructure with green energy. Our goal is to make 100% renewable electricity available at every semi-public parking space. With more than 7,000 B2B customers, we are the market leader in Germany. But e-mobility is still just getting started. To change that, we’re looking for driven performers and hands‑on people who want to actively shape the future of mobility.
As our CRO, you own the entire revenue journey – from new business and partners to existing customers. You lead our Sales & Customer Growth teams across DACH, France, and Benelux, set clear goals, and build scalable structures for long‑term success. Your goal: to make reev the market leader for Charging & Energy. You shape the commercial vision and contribute to company‑wide strategy and board discussions.
