As our Customer Success Manager for Automotive & Manufacturing, you will be instrumental in expanding our footprint in Germany.

You will focus on Champions and Hidden Champions – companies that combine world-class engineering with the ambition to lead in digitalization. Additionally, you will identify opportunities, develop tailored strategies, and help customers unlock the full potential of data, AI, and software to enhance competitiveness, product quality, and customer experience.

When joining Tietoevry Create as aCustomer Success Manager, you
  • Identify, pursue, and win new business opportunities within Automotive and Manufacturing in Germany

  • Build and deepen long-term executive relationships with key customers and industry partners

  • Understand customer strategies, pain points, and priorities to position Tietoevry Create’s value propositions effectively

  • Lead complex, consultative sales cycles across business and technology domains

  • Collaborate closely with delivery and solution experts to ensure solutions are feasible, differentiated, and value-driven

  • Represent Tietoevry Create at industry events and networks, acting as a thought partner to customers

  • Contribute to shaping our go-to-market strategy and strategic partnerships in the region

Who we are looking for:
  • At least 8 years of experience in consultative IT solution or digital service sales

  • Strong knowledge of Manufacturing or Automotive value chains, processes, and digitalization challenges

  • Proven success in driving business growth and customer acquisition in complex B2B environments

  • Ability to connect technology with business impact (Data, AI, Cloud, ERP, Software Engineering)

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

  • Fluencyin German and English, both spoken and written
