• Create intuitive user-centric digital experiences that align with our mission to simplify the complex.
• Deliver high-fidelity interactive designs and prototypes for both web and mobile platforms.
• Translate research insights into impactful design concepts participating in both qualitative and quantitative user research.
• Collaborate closely with Product Experience IT Marketing and other stakeholders to deliver exceptional cohesive product experiences.
• Develop and iterate designs from low-fidelity sketches and wireframes to polished production-ready prototypes.
• Clearly communicate design specifications and user flows to development teams.
• Support developers in defining measurement plans to evaluate new features and iterations.
• Contribute to and utilize our group-wide design system to ensure visual consistency and efficiency.
• Provide constructive feedback to fellow designers contributing to a culture of learning and continuous improvement.

• Education : Bachelors or Masters degree in Design Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) or a related field.
• Experience : 35 years in UX design for retail or consumer-oriented digital products.
• Experience designing complex interfaces for financial or trading-related products is a strong plus.
• Proficiency in Figma Sketch Miro and other collaborative design tools; experience with rapid prototyping (e.g. Axure InVision ).
• Familiarity with HTML / CSS and working knowledge of accessibility localization and inclusive design principles.
• Hands-on experience in UX research and usability testing.
• Skilled in working with Jira Confluence and standard office applications.
• Excellent written and spoken English skills.

• Strong analytical thinker with a keen eye for detail and high technical affinity.
• Communicative empathetic and able to clearly present design decisions across all levels of the organization.
