The ideal candidate will extend and maintain web apps using Vue and Tailwind, while also taking ownership of user experience and collaborating with design teams. For our client, a leading company in its sector, we are searching for a Frontend Developer (m/f/d) as soon as possible.
Your Job:
- You extend, improve and maintain the frontend of our meter-, tenant- and gateway management web app (Vue + Vuetify)
- You build our new tenant portal web app (Vue + Tailwind)
- You will become an expert for our jsonapi-conform REST API on the consumer side
- You implement visualizations for live data feeds (meter heartbeats, meter data, gateway data, decryption/decoding queue)
- You work alongside an experienced team of designers and implement flow-based UIs
- You take ownership of the UX and usability of the interfaces you build
- You make informed decisions about technologies, architecture and processes
Your Profile:
- You have strong logical thinking skills and proven persistence in problem-solving (e.g. achieved through a B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Maths, Computer Science or Engineering)
- You have +3 years of professional work experience in web development
- You have experience with component-based frontend technologies like Vue or React
- You have extensive knowledge of utility-first CSS libraries like Tailwind
- You have very good communication skills and are comfortable working in an English-speaking team
- Bonus: exposure to and interest in Agile development methods/practices (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, etc.)
- Bonus: You are more of a generalist than a specialist, meaning you have had exposure to adjacent topics like UI/UX design, QA, data science, design thinking or backend technologies like Ruby on Rails or Elixir/Phoenix
