Job summary
A leading nutrition company is seeking a Medical Sales Representative in Düsseldorf, Germany. The role involves providing ethical details on medical nutrition products and requires strong communication and market analysis skills. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 2-4 years of experience as a Medical Delegate, especially in pediatrics. A driver's license and ownership of a car are mandatory, along with fluency in English.
Qualifications

- 2-4 years of experience as a Medical Delegate is desirable.
- Experience in the pediatric line is mandatory.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze medical nutrition market information.
- Segment healthcare professionals and pharmacies for territory management.
- Promote Nestlé’s values and deliver accurate information to healthcare professionals.
- Manage healthcare system requests to develop relationships.
- Maintain records of field activities and data for analysis.
- Ensure compliance with marketing codes.

Education
The Medical Sales Representative is responsible for the ethical detailing of Nestlé Health Science products in assigned territory by clearly communicating accurate information about these products, their features and benefits and their appropriate use. MSR is responsible for achieving company objectives in the assigned territory.
- Market intelligence: Monitor, collect and analyze information and data about Medical Nutrition market, Industry, products, competitors, healthcare systems (healthcare professionals and Institutions), vendors (Pharmacies and retails) and customers to support business decisions
- Territory Management: Segment prospects (healthcare professionals, healthcare Institutions and pharmacies), define territories, develop plans, schedule visits and plan route to ensure effective and efficient territory coverage
- Communication: Promote Nestlé’s purpose, values and principles and deliver information on medical nutrition practices to healthcare professionals to differentiate our value offers from competitors and ensure advocacy towards Nestle benefit platforms, products and services
- Supporting: Manage the requests of the healthcare system to provide better services to patients (continuing medical education and equipment) to develop long-term, sustainable and responsible relationships with Healthcare professionals and Institutions
- Reporting: Maintain proper records of data and field activity outcomes to maintain evidence of activities and decisions and ensure relevant and accurate data analysis
- Ensure strict adherence and compliance on all activities undertaken to the WHO International Code of Marketing of Breast-Milk substitutes and Nestle Instructions and local country codes.
- Education: Bachelor of pharmaceutical Science / Medicine / Nutrition / Biology or similar degree.
- Prior experience as a Medical Delegate is desirable
- 2-4 Years of experience as a medical delegate UAE
- Experience In pediatric line (Private &/or governmental Sector) is a must, preferably in Abu Dhabi & Alain.
- Owning a car and a driver’s license is a must
- Very good to Fluent English
